TERMS & CONDITIONS:

You are required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery or pickup. Unless you give notification to BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY of any faults or defects within 24 hours of delivery or pickup it will be deemed that you have accepted the products as being in accordance with the required description and quantity, that they are not faulty, that they comply with all relevant specifications and standards and are of quality and suitabillity for the purpose for which they are required. No claim will be considered unless you have paid the amounts owing by you to BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY in full.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery or pickup but ownership in the goods supplied by BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY remains the property of BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY until full payment is received. BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY will deliver the products at the address nominated by you in accordance with the invoice. If you fail to provide access to those premises at the time nominated for delivery BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY reserves the right to charge you for all costs and expenses of storage and re-delivery of the goods. You are required to take reasonable steps to achieve delivery on or about any date nominated by you for delivery. BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY will not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss or liability for any amount payable by you to a third party) for failure or delay in delivery.
BRET MAY PHOTOGRAPHY will not be liable for any manufacturing or transport delays in the performance of its obligations.
